Praveen - With all file-sharing sites undergoing massive transformations, many of my friends have had their mediafire accounts suspended or their files blocked or deleted. MiSD (who runs oldcomics) also had a lot of his files deleted.
A few of my friends have moved on to UseNet, but it is not free or straight-forward like file-sharing.
One other way would be to search for these in torrents. I couldn't give you the name of any torrent, as I have not specifically searched for Commando comics. But a simple Google or Bing search should work fine.
