The story: Returning from Europe , Rip and Honey discovers that a new star singer, Melody Lane, has taken her country by storm after releasing only her first record. But amusement soon turns to grave concern as recording label executives announce to Rip that Melody has disappeared without a trace - it falls on the detective to find her before it is too late....
