As a kid I was fond of comics and amongst the various publications – Amar Chirtra Katha, Diamond, Manoj, Raj, Chitra Bharti – I loved the Chitra Bharti the most. My uncle had bought me some 15-20 issues of Chitra Bharti and the smell of which I still cherish. I kept looking for more issues but couldn’t get any further. As a Kid I didn’t know whereabouts of the comic books. I grew up and didn’t have time since then to look for comic books.

Though Chitra Bharti was the most loved, I was mad about many characters i.e beginning with Fauldi Singh, Lambu Motu, Rajan Iqbala, Kala Pret, Mahabali Shera, et al. I miss the Technicolor versions of diamond comics, A5 size of Manoj Comics, ..oh ..I am lost in my days 25 years back!

Now, as my little daughter is growing up, I am reliving my childhood. I want to revisit the moments I spend with the comics. I am looking for sources to get back copies of all the lost ones.

I came across your blog and was very happy to learn that you are contributing a lot for people like me.

You must have latest information. Can you give me ideas as to how I could purchase all those comics, published from 25 years back to till date.

Regards,

Anurag Kumar
